Highly Experienced Agents

Designated agents will be appointed as your point of call for good communications and extra care.  Each block under our management is serviced by one or two staff members: acting administratively and practically to ensure fluid service is provided at all times - adding a professional and personal touch to our clients and leaseholders.


We provide block management services to private  property developers, freeholders, right to manage companies, share-of-freeholders, institutional investors, administrators/receivers and Housing Associations.


Controlling leases

We add a professional touch to lease control to ensure everyone complies with the lease agreement accordingly.

We provide polite written notices to residents  whenever one violates any aspect of the agreement as we try to avoid uncomfortable outcomes. This includes, payments to be made on time and ensure all maintenance services are carried out as scheduled and all residents are provided with the same level of service.
