For this project, the ultimate challenge was ensuring that the property had established a good fire safety and lift maintenance regime, which was poorly managed prior to take over. This was a challenge but we took quick action and now all leaseholders and interests of the london fields development.

For this project, the challenge was ensuring confidence was restrored in leaseholders due to security breaches and misfiring fire alarm issues. CCTV was proposed and following many trials we resolved the fire alarm issues. The property was in over 15k of arrears in service charges and ground rents. Once the leaseholders got the much needed communication and see things were being actioned, the funds and adminstration issues were subsequently resolved expediently. 

This 23 apartment property is based in a mews between hackeny central and London Fields. 

We took management of this developement post 60% occupancy.
